Our delivery policy is meant to feel as warm and personal as the way we bake. Every local cheesecake is prepared in our kitchen and brought to you by us, with the same care we’d give a dessert for family. We communicate closely about timing, and we do our best to make the whole process feel friendly and easy. Any merchandise from our little shop is handled differently and **can only be shipped through standard carriers: UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx**, so it arrives safely no matter where it’s headed.
/ PICK UP SERVICE
Pickup is easy and personal. We’ll schedule a time that fits your day, and once your cheesecake is ready, we’ll send a quick message so you know it’s fresh and waiting. Arrive at the agreed spot, share your name, and we’ll hand everything off directly. If you need to change your pickup time, just let us know and we’ll gladly adjust.
/ SHIPPING SERVICE
For shipped products, you’ll get a tracking number the moment your order starts its trip, so you can follow it along at your own pace. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the distance, but most packages show up within a few business days. If your order slows down or goes missing, the quickest way to get answers is to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. And of course, we’re always happy to point you in the right direction or help however we can.
