Darla Daye Desserts began in my own kitchen, but the story started long before that—back when I was the girl who always ordered cheesecake every time I went to a restaurant. After years of tasting ordinary slices, I finally decided to try my hand at making one myself. That first attempt turned into a passion, and that passion turned into a recipe I customized, perfected, and shared with the people I love.

My family and friends insisted my cheesecake was “too good not to sell,” and strangers who tried it told me they’d never tasted anything like it. That’s when I knew this could become more than a hobby—it could become my business, my joy, and my way of supporting my family.
